PREMIUM RIVER REDGUM

All of our Redgum is sourced from a premium Redgum collector along the Murrumbidgee River in New South Wales. It is considered the best type of burning hardwood for either combustion heaters, wood oven fires and more. Having awesome burning characteristics such as high heat output, low smoke, beautiful big coals and extreme longevity, our Redgum is perfect for all of your burning applications.

BBQ Grade - cut incredibly small and uniform (approx. 50mm square) combined with charcoal this is unbeatable for a grill.

Pizza Grade - super dry and approximately 75mm square, our pizza wood will heat your oven up to that magic number of 400 degrees Celsius if you can handle it. Perfect for small vintage open fireplaces also.

Heating Grade - Our most popular Redgum. The size of a shoe box makes it easy to handle, stack and store… 2 logs in your combustion heater will last literally all night.

MALLEE

Mallee Roots and Cut Mallee. One of the best heat output timber materials you will find. We source our Mallee Stumps and Cut Mallee from farmers who we have had long associations with. Harder to come by know…. it is a priveledge when we can get our hands on a few tonnes of this beautiful wood.

KINDLING

Our kindling is available in large volume bags. It is chopped pine which offers the easiest ignition to get your fire started.

CHARCOAL

Our charcoal is authentically South Australian Mallee sticks and stumps. It is packed in 20kg big bags. We have limited runs of these throughout the year.

We also stock 1st Grade Mangrove Charcoal in 15kg bags. Massive pieces make it ideal for commercial cooking. We pack them in water resistant durable sacks that can be conveniently stacked away at home and/or commercial kitchens.
